The Kenya Medical Research Institute (KEMRI) will hold its 11th, KEMRI Annual Scientific Conference (KASH) from Tuesday, 8th, June 2021 to Thursday, 10th, June 2021 from 9.00 am via Zoom Platform. Chief Administrative Secretary Ministry of Health, Dr. Mercy Mwangangi will officiate in the opening ceremony.
The 11th, KASH conference has attracted a very rich cocktail of scientific papers, presentations and is to be attended at least 74 abstracts, 13 parallel Scientific sessions and 3 symposiums that seek to explore possible ways around the challenges of research during the COVID-19 pandemic period. The conference theme “Strengthening Health Systems in Kenya Through Research, Pandemic Preparedness, Technology and Innovations in the post COVID-19 era”.
